1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Astroved website and palm reading service ("Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Astroved provides AI-generated palm readings based on photographs you upload. Each reading covers your five major palm lines and includes a personality summary. Readings are produced by an artificial intelligence system using palmistry-inspired prompts.
3. Entertainment only — no professional advice
Readings are intended for entertainment, curiosity, and self-reflection only. They are not — and must not be treated as — professional advice of any kind.
Specifically, an Astroved reading is not:
- Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
- Financial, investment, or career advice
- Legal advice
- A guaranteed prediction of future events
You should not make major life decisions based solely on your reading. For decisions in any of the areas above, please consult a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading from Astroved. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
5. Payments
The current price for one reading is ₹51 (Indian Rupees), including all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not handle or store your full card details.
All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Your uploads
By uploading images to Astroved, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use and submit the images
- You are uploading photos of your own hands (or someone who has consented)
- The images do not contain anything illegal, harmful, or violating anyone's rights
You grant us a temporary, limited license to use the images solely to generate your reading. After your reading is generated, your images are deleted from our servers.
7. Your reading
The reading you receive is provided for your personal use. You may save, print, and share it personally. You may not resell or commercially redistribute your reading as a paid product without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights
- Abuse the payment system or attempt to receive readings without paying
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Astroved available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We won't be liable for any inconvenience caused by such interruptions.
10. Intellectual property
The Astroved name, branding, website design, code, and original content (other than your uploaded images and your individual reading text) are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroved and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to decisions you make based on your reading.
Our total liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question (₹51).
12. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the Service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
