From the moment your payment is confirmed, a full reading takes under a minute to generate. You'll see a scanning animation while it processes, and then your reading appears on screen.
Your photos are deleted from our servers the moment your reading is generated. We don't store, share, or use them for any other purpose.

Clear, well-lit photos of your open palm, taken close enough that your palm fills most of the frame. Natural daylight works best. Avoid blur, glare, and shadows that hide the major lines.
You can upload up to 5 photos. We recommend at least one of each hand for the fullest reading.
If you're only uploading one, use your dominant hand — the one you write with. In palmistry, your dominant hand reflects your current life and direction, while your non-dominant hand shows what you're born with.

Because your reading is generated and delivered instantly, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe something went wrong with your reading or payment, please contact us within 24 hours.

Yes — at the end of your reading there's a "Save as PDF" button. We recommend using it. We don't keep a copy on our servers, so once you close the tab, the reading is no longer accessible.
Absolutely. Each reading is a separate ₹51 transaction. Many people order one for themselves and one as a gift for friends or family.

Yes. All payment processing is handled by our payment provider on a fully encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
